General Caution for Yoga Practice
Postures should be practiced on an empty stomach. Allow at least an hour after a meal before practicing to avoid discomfort.
Please let Kimberley know of any health problems or injuries that arise.
Listen to your body. If you experience any discomfort during yoga practice, ease out of the posture and rest. Never strain or force yourself into a position.
Endeavour to breathe through the nostrils, not the mouth (except when instructed otherwise).
Yoga practice should be enjoyed and the attitude of Ahimsa (non violence) followed by being gentle and kind with yourself.
