Hatha Yoga
When: Tuesdays 10-11am
Where: The Sol Collective, 20 Park Avenue Lane
Kimberley offers weekly gentle hatha classes at The Sol Collective. Mindful movement, breath connection, gentle activation and deep rest. Slow paced and adaptable to all bodies, ages, and abilities.

Where: Coffs Harbour Women's Health Centre, Little Street.
Kimberley offers weekly gentle classes at Coffs Harbour Women's Health Centre during school terms. These classes are slow paced and the poses are adaptable to all bodies, ages and abilities.
Chair Yoga
When: Fortnightly at Boambee East Community Centre. Monthly at Harry Bailey Memorial Library, Coffs Harbour.
A welcoming and accessible practice designed for all abilities. Using the support of a chair, we'll focus on gentle movement, improving flexibility, and building strength without the need to get on the floor. It’s a great way to reduce tension, increase mobility, and take a mindful break from your day. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a more supportive approach, chair yoga offers a simple yet effective way to feel good in your body.

This comprehensive program is designed to equip you with practical skills and healthy habits that embody the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness, seamlessly integrating them into your daily life. Kimberley leads you through practices to balance your nervous system, improve your digestion, enhance the quality of your sleep, improve mental clarity and maintain emotional balance.
One-on-One Yoga
A personalised one to one yoga session structured around your unique needs and goals. These private sessions are aimed at establishing and maintaining your own regular yoga practice. It can be a one-off session to get you started or you can come back regularly to tweak your practice to your changing needs. The sessions can take place in your own home, your resort room, in Kimberley's home studio in Boambee East or online. Kimberley has extensive experience spanning 20+ years, working with all ages and bodies from pregnant women and children through to the elderly.
Online Yoga Classes
Weekly Tuesday and Friday 7am 'Rise and Shine' morning classes are are on offer via Zoom.
Massage Therapy for Women
