Yoga & Wellness

Your Peace Within Yoga & Wellness is your sanctuary for healing and nourishment.  The modern world encourages the seeking of fulfilment outside of ourselves. The media portrays happiness and contentment existing in such things as money, beauty, shopping, food, entertainment, power, relationships, etc.  We can get caught up in this thinking and be seeking forever.  The philosophy behind Your Peace Within is that nothing outside of ourselves brings us lasting happiness.  And that our true nature is to be happy, peaceful, loving and content - we have this already inside of us.  The irony is that in the seeking for what we want outside of ourselves, we disturb what is already here on the inside. 

Learn to spend time with yourself, to get out of your own way and drop in to the peace that already exists right here within you.

Kimberley Roberts is your humble guide and aims to help you rest into this space inside.

Yoga Classes

Kimberley teaches traditional Hatha Yoga which progresses naturally and systematically from the physical to the more subtle aspects of your being. The focus of her teaching is on embodied awareness.  Small group classes can be arranged in your home or Kimberley's home studio in Sapphire Beach, NSW.  This can be for regular sessions, special events or with a specific goal in mind.  Kimberley has extensive experience spanning 20+ years,  working with all ages and bodies,  from pregnancy and children through to the elderly.  Online classes are on offer every week.  Class recordings are also available so you can practice regularly from the comfort of your own home whenever it suits you.

One to One Yoga
A personalised one to one yoga session structured around your unique needs and goals. Often these private sessions are aimed at establishing and maintaining your own regular yoga practice.  It can be a one-off session to get you going or you can come back regularly to tweak your practice to your changing needs.  The sessions can take place in your own home, your resort room,  in Kimberley's home studio or online via Zoom.  Kimberley is also available to provide support via email or phone as you continue your yoga journey.

Yoga for Wellness
This unique six week programme meets you where you're at and takes you where you want to go.  Weekly sessions (in person or via Zoom) allow you to explore in depth the practices and strategies offered to optimise your wellbeing.  The course is based on ancient yogic principles adapted to the modern day lifestyle.  Each week Kimberley will introduce you to practices and philosophies to facilitate health and wellness in the following areas: 
Balancing the Nervous System

Enhancing Sleep
Mental Clarity
Emotional Balance
Integration
