General Caution for Yoga Practice
Postures are best be practiced on an empty stomach. Please allow at least an hour after a meal before practicing to avoid any discomfort.
Please let Kimberley know of any health problems or injuries that are present on the day of your class or workshop.
Listen to your body. If you experience any discomfort during yoga practice, ease out of the posture and rest. Never strain or force yourself into a position.
Endeavour to breathe through the nostrils, not the mouth (except when instructed otherwise).
Yoga practice should be enjoyed and the attitude of Ahimsa (non violence) followed by being gentle and kind with yourself.
