The recordings are of live zoom classes that occurred over 2020 and are 60 minutes in duration. Each recording includes asana, pranayama, a short relaxation and meditation.
You may find it helpful to have a cushion, blanket and any other props you need to be comfortable sitting and lying down on your yoga mat.
Upper Body Release/Heart Nurturing
This practice helps to mobilise and ease upper body tension and discomfort countering the affects of modern day stress. Also included in this class is a heart nurturing theme utilising mudra and mantra. A gentle class, suitable for all levels. Also suitable for pregnancy, adapting to suit your individual needs. Use of a sidelying relaxation pose is recommended from 16 weeks onwards.
Our pelvis represents our stability - both physical and emotional. This gentle class, inspired by the work of Liz Koch, aims to gently mobilise and release both the hips and the pelvis. Using gentle micro movements helps to diminish pain and access greater comfort in movement.
