Gentle Hatha: A calming, slower-paced class focusing on mindful movement, stretching, and relaxation.
Rise & Shine: An invigorating, slow yet strong start to your day. Feel shiny all day long!
Class Pricing
• Full Term Booking: $128 for 8 weeks (Mon & Sat) | $144 for 9 weeks (Fri). A term booking secures your spot for the term. Book via the links in the timetable above.
• 5 Class Pass: $85 (valid for use within the same term). Contact me for payment details.
• Casual Attendance: $18 per class. Please get in touch beforehand to check availability.
Missed a class? Make-up sessions are available within the same term.
