This one-day retreat is an opportunity to pause, recalibrate, and create a sanctuary of warmth and inner reflection.

Morning Session | 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
A slow and activating practice to awaken body and breath:
• Gentle, mindful movement to build warmth
• Seasonal pranayama (breathwork)
• Guided reflection and contemplation
• Spacious stillness to support inner listening
Perfect for starting your winter with clarity and calm.
Afternoon Session | 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
An invitation to drop into deep rest and renewal:
• Long-held restorative yoga poses
• Journaling prompts for inner exploration
• Yoga nidra (guided relaxation)
A cocoon of calm, connection, and soul nourishment.

Kimberley Roberts is the founder of Your Peace Within Yoga & Wellness, a sanctuary for healing and nourishment. Her journey began over three decades ago with Satyananda Yoga, leading to in-depth studies at the Bihar School of Yoga in India and further training with esteemed teachers like Donna Farhi, Mark Whitwell and Judith Hanson Lasater. Your Peace Within was born many years ago at the Northcote Town Hall in Melbourne, where Kimberley cultivated a community centered on embodied awareness and the integration of yoga into daily life. After relocating to Coffs Harbour, she established an intimate studio offering gentle movement, therapeutic practices, and deep relaxation. Now, after five years away, Kimberley returns to Melbourne to share a nurturing workshop space for winter deep rest. Her sessions provide a supportive environment for self-discovery, guiding participants to connect deeply with themselves through movement, breath, and stillness.
