Conscious Relating
These workshops are about:
- enjoyable opportunities to be more human, open, & real in a safe,
facilitated environment,

practising expressing more openly & honestly without dumping or
projecting,

exploring owning our space and being less concerned about what other people
think about us,
- becoming more fluent in the languages of somatics (feeling & instinct).
They are interactive events focused on building more solid personal relating skills. And also based around fun, connection, sharing, and meeting interesting new people. Come along with the aim of gaining new perspectives and awareness that you can then take into your everyday world.
By applying to attend you are committing
to follow
workshop guidelines as best you can, to act respectfully towards
other participants, and not to be affected by
alcohol or drugs at the event.

An interactive experiential social event. Our 'Games Night'.
Playful opportunities for allowing ourselves to be more human, open and
real through having fun in interactive games and practices. Suitable
for beginners and experienced explorers alike.
