Yoga Nidra CD's
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete mental, emotional and
physical relaxation. This simple but powerful practice is derived from an ancient tantric technique that was later developed into this modern form by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. A single hour of yoga nidra is as restful as four hours of conventional sleep.
During normal sleep we tend to hold unconscious tensions in our body and mind whereas during yoga nidra we are consciously removing those tensions to bring about a profound depth of relaxation. As a result of the practice, balance is restored due to the liberation of prana or nervous energy, which is withdrawn
from sensory channels and redirected for healing and rejuvenation.
Kimberley has 2 CD's available for purchase:

short 15 minute session for when you need to rest but time is limited,
and a longer 30 minute practice with the sweet sounds of sitar in the

depths of
relaxation.
