Massage Therapy

Kimberley has been practicing massage therapy for more than ten years.  She has completed training in Relaxation/Therapeutic and Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Thai Yoga Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reiki.  She also draws on her many years of experience teaching Satyananda yoga which allows her to offer treatments that are deeply relaxing, nurturing and therapeutic - not only on a physical level but also mentally/emotionally and energetically. 

Kimberley is a relaxation specialist guiding others to internal spaces of peace and stillness with her soothing and calming influence.


Relaxing Therapeutic Massage

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a unique form of massage performed whilst you sit in a chair.  This massage has to be experienced to understand the depth of relaxation that is possible whilst seated.  The massage techniques are applied to the shoulders, neck & face and culminate with an invigorating and thorough massage of the scalp.  Indian Head Massage has its roots in Ayurvedic therapy and holds the intention of greatly reducing stress levels and stimulating the body’s natural capacity to heal itself. This rejuvenating massage relieves muscular tension, headaches, eyestrain, jaw pain and stimulates lymphatic drainage.  It is often effective in enhancing hair growth by stimulating circulation to the hair follicles.  Indian Head Massage is the perfect antidote to our modern day lifestyle.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required.  Please be advised that if you cancel within 24hrs, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation will be charged.  If you fail to arrive without any notice at all, you will be charged the full price for your missed appointment.

Home Visits may also be available, please inquire.  Gift vouchers are available on request.
